About the Show

Founded in 1986 by Paul Beardmore, the Winchester Bridal Expo is the longest-running bridal show in the Valley. Known for its excellent management and ability to attract large numbers of brides, the Expo offers wedding vendors an affordable way to showcase their services directly to couples actively seeking them. In 2018, Michelle's Main Event took over production of the Expo, with a focus on continuing to deliver the best show in the Shenandoah Valley.

As a local wedding professional, we understand the importance of receiving a good return on your investment. That's why we limit the number of vendors in each business category.

 

 

Vendor Package Options​

  • Pre-approved Sponsors (offering over $1,000 of goods or services)   

  • Single Category Vendor Package $500

  • Double Category Vendor Package $550 

  • Multi-Category Vendor Package $600 starting fee for 3 categories + $50 for each additional category

Vendor Benefits 

Sponsors and Vendors

Sponsors and participating vendors will receive:

  • An in-person display/booth space

  • A listing on the Winchester Bridal Expo website, which includes a link to your website, contact information, and a short description

  • One image on the website to display your logo

  • All vendors will be featured in the Winchester Bridal Expo Program, which is provided to each registered attendee.

  • Each vendor will receive a social media promotion before the event. Vendors may send three photos to Michelle's Main Event for this promotion, or we will use images from your social media.

  • After the event, the Winchester Bridal Expo will send each vendor a complete list of all registered brides.

  • Vendors will also benefit from any media partnerships associated with the Winchester Bridal Expo.

  • Swag bags given to attendees will include the Winchester Bridal Expo Program, offering a convenient way for guests to collect promotional materials from in-person vendors


Vendor Registration

Vendor registration opens by invitation in October, and then operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is secured once the following are completed:

  • Submission of the Google form

  • Receipt of payment

  • Approval by the event producer
     

Once approved, vendors are responsible for all fees, with no refunds. Booth locations are assigned in the order registrations are received and will be provided to vendors upon setup for the event. Vendors who do not attend, leave early, or fail to remain present for the full event may lose the opportunity to participate in future expos, and no refunds will be issued. If the event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the producers' control, no refunds will be provided.
