Founded in 1986 by Paul Beardmore, the Winchester Bridal Expo is the longest running bridal show in the Valley.  With an established reputation for being well managed, and attracting large numbers of brides, the Winchester Bridal Expo is an affordable way for wedding vendors to showcase their services directly to couples actively seeking their services. In 2018, Michelle's Main Event took over production of the Winchester Bridal Expo. We are focused on continuing to produce the best show in the Shenandoah Valley. 


As a local wedding professional ourselves, we appreciate the need to receive a good return on your investment.   That is why we limit the number of vendors per business category.    



Vendor Package Options

  • Pre-approved Sponsors (offering over $1,000 of goods or services)   

  • Single Category Vendor Package $400

  • Double Category Vendor Package $500 

  • Multi-Category Vendor Package $550 starting fee for 3 categories + $50 for each additional category

Vendor Benefits 

  • Sponsors and participating vendors have an in-person display / booth space and listing on the Winchester Bridal Expo Website with links to vendor website, contact information, and a short description.  Our website listing includes 1 image to display your logo.   

  • All vendors will be listed in the Winchester Bridal Expo Program (given to each registered attendee).

  • All vendors will be given a social media advertising plug to occur before the show (vendor may send host, Michelle's Main Event, 3 photos of choice or they will be pulled from social media).  

  • The Winchester Bridal Expo will send each vendor a complete listing of all registered brides after the show.

  • Vendors will benefit from any media partnership with Winchester Bridal Expo.​   

  • Swag bags include the Winchester Bridal Expo Program and offer convenience for our guests to collect promotional materials from in-person vendors.  

Vendor registrations are available on a first come, first reserved basis.  Registration is secured upon completion of the google form, receipt of payment, and approval by producer.  Once approved, vendors are responsible for all charges with no refunds.  Booth locations will be allocated in the order registration is received.   Any vendor who has contracted a booth space and does not show up may forfeit the opportunity to participate in the future and no refund will be issued.  If the event is cancelled for any reason beyond the control of the producers, no refunds will be issued.
