 An Affair to Remember

The following terms and conditions apply to the An Affair To Remember promotion:

• There is no cash value associated with this contest.

• The winner must present a photo ID at the time of the drawing, and must present a photo ID when they redeem the gift certificate.

• The winner must present the gift certificate to An Affair To Remember by April 30, 2020, which may used for weddings through December 31, 2020.

 

Thera VanDerveer Photography

The following terms and conditions apply to the Thera VanDerveer Photography Giveaway promotion:

• There is no cash value associated with this contest.

• The winner must present a photo ID at the time of the drawing, and must present a photo ID when they redeem the gift certificate.

• The winner must present the gift certificate to Thera VanDerveer Photography by April 30, 2020, which may used for weddings through December 31, 2020.

 

The Valley Bride

The following terms and conditions apply to the Win Your Dream Wedding Gown promotion:

• $1000.00 gift certificate may only be applied toward the retail purchase price of a wedding gown at The Valley Bride, and may not be used for other dresses, accessories, alterations or anything else sold by The Valley Bride.

• In the event that the winner chooses a wedding gown with a retail price of less than $1,000.00, the winner is not entitled to the difference in price.

• In the event that the winner chooses a wedding gown with a retail price of more than $1,000.00, the winner must pay the difference in cost, at the time the gift certificate is redeemed.

• The winner must be a VERIFIED BRIDE-TO-BE, who is actually getting married.  The Valley Bride reserves the right to verify the bride-to-be, prior to honoring the gift certificate.  The decision to honor the gift certificate is at the sole discretion of The Valley Bride.

• Winner must be present at the Winchester Bridal Expo at the time of drawing to be eligible to win.

• The winner must present a photo ID at the time of the drawing, and must present a photo ID when they redeem the gift certificate.

• The winner may NOT transfer the gift certificate to any other person.

• The winner must redeem the gift certificate by December 31, 2019.

• Alterations are NOT included in this promotion, and will be made at the sole cost of the winner.

• The $1,000.00 gift certificate may not be applied to other sales or promotions offered by The Valley Bride.

• The winner must pay any applicable Virginia State sales tax at the time they redeem the gift certificate.
