The following terms and conditions apply to
the Win A Free Wedding Cake promotion:
The Win A Free Wedding Cake courtesy of
Sheila's Sweets includes a three-tier wedding cake, with
80 servings, valued at $300.00. The winner may
choose one filling for each tier of the wedding cake,
however, rolled fondant and cake toppers are NOT
included in this promotion. Rolled fondant and
cake toppers are available, at an additional cost to the
winner.
$300.00 gift certificate may only be applied toward
the retail purchase price of a wedding cake at Sheila's
Sweets, and may not be used for other products or
services offered by Sheila's Sweets.
In the event that the winner chooses a
wedding cake
with a retail price of less than $300.00, the winner is
not entitled to the difference in price.
In the event that the winner chooses a
wedding cake
with a retail price of more than $300.00, the winner
must pay the difference in cost, at the time the gift
certificate is redeemed.
The winner must be a VERIFIED BRIDE-TO-BE, who is
actually getting married. Sheila's Sweets reserves
the right to verify the bride-to-be, prior to honoring
the gift certificate. The decision to honor the
gift certificate is at the sole discretion of Sheila's
Sweets.
Winner must be present at the Bridal
Expo at the time of drawing to be eligible to win.
The winner must present a photo ID at the time of
the drawing, and must present a photo ID when they
redeem the gift certificate.
The winner may NOT transfer the gift certificate to
any other person.
The winner must present the gift certificate
for redemption by December 31, 2012, and can be used for
their wedding thru December 31, 2013. The gift
certificate becomes null and void, after these dates.
Delivery of the cake is NOT included in this promotion, and
will be made at the sole cost of the winner.
