The Winchester Bridal Expo was established in 1986 to give brides, grooms, parents and wedding party members the opportunity to speak with the area's most reputable wedding vendors.  It is the longest running bridal show in the area, with an established reputation for being well managed, and attracting large numbers of brides-to-be.  The Bridal Expo is an affordable way for wedding vendors to showcase their services directly to clients who need them. Last years Bridal Expo drew 400 to 500 guests, with 130 registered brides.

Because the producers of the Bridal Expo are also in the wedding business, they appreciate the need to get a return on your investment by participating in the Bridal Expo.    This is why we place limits of three vendors per business type (with the exception of event venues).  We also structure the Bridal Expo to provide you with the quality time to talk with perspective clients and showcase your services and products.  Equally as important, you will not find an abundance of "extra fees" for electricity, enhanced website listings, etc to participate in our show.  Everything is included!

Speak with anyone who has participated in the Bridal Expo, and you will discover that the show is efficiently managed to maximize your potential to get a return on your investment.  The 2008 Winchester Bridal Expo is will be held at the elegant Millwood Station in Winchester, VA. This venue has two large rooms to accommodate vendors, brides and their guests.    Reservations for the booths are available on a first come, first served basis.

The accommodations and features of Millwood Station include:

• A modern, elegant facility that has an elegant "wedding" atmosphere for both vendors and brides to communicate and conduct business.

• Suitable parking spaces for both vendors and show attendees.

• Easy load in/load out access for vendors.

The Bridal Expo will be extensively advertised in Winchester/Frederick County, Loudoun County, Fauquier County, Warren County, Clarke County, Shenandoah County and Martinsburg, WV.

Vendor Entry Fee Accommodations & Benefits

• An 8' wide booth with a skirted six foot wide table is provided for each vendor to display their brochures and information.

• Electricity provided at no additional charge - show producers must be notified in advance of the Bridal Expo.

• A ten foot video projection screen will run vendor advertisements continuously throughout the bridal show, maximizing your exposure. There is no additional charge for this advertising!

• Each vendor will be listed in the Bridal Expo Program Guide.

• Each Vendor will receive an "enhanced" website listing in up to two categories on the Winchester Bridal Expo website, with links to your own website, and all appropriate contact information. • Each Vendor who signs up PRIOR to November 1, 2007 will be listed on our promotional posters and flyers that are placed in store windows to promote the Bridal Expo.

• The Bridal Expo producers will send each vendor a complete listing of all registered brides after the show, including one set of mailing labels to make it easy to do a follow-up mailing to the brides.

• 8' Wide Pipe & Draped Booth  - $225.00
   

• 30 Second Website Video Commercial - Using still images, narration and music.  $125.00
  **fee for video commercial based on still photos and finished script being provided by the vendor.
